泰式生菜包

泰式生菜包
材料:豬肉、香茅、蔥、香菜、乾蔥、生菜
豬肉醃料:糖、魚露、芡粉
做法
1. 把豬肉醃好,下鍋炒至接近全熟
2. 加青檸汁,轉大火加進香茅炒勻
3. 離火下蔥、香菜和乾蔥,拌勻後用生菜包著吃
